Multifamily Loan Originators - Anywhere, USA

Our client is a is a fully accredited Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Lender as well as an approved FHA MAP Lender. They are also a full service Mortgage Banking Company, specializing in providing competitive financing nationwide for all types of commercial properties including multifamily, healthcare facilities, office, retail, etc.

They are seeking multifamily loan origination specialists to focus on growing business relationships by leading various marketing initiatives and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the highest caliber of service and responsiveness to developers, investors and business partners.  Candidate will become an integral part of an energetic, growing and experienced group of industry veterans in the multifamily housing finance industry.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Ability to nurture existing client relationships
• Experience working with government agencies.  Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA or similiar experience preferred
• Multifamily housing or similar experience preferred
• Marketing activities and participating in industry tradeshows, conferences and other networking events to establish new relationships in assigned territories
• Developing leads, compiling project summaries and financial modeling of transactions
• Participate in the review and analysis of transactions for preliminary qualification
• Assist with due diligence analysis, negotiation of financial terms and agreements
• Capable of recognizing project risks and timely communicating to senior staff
• Interface with third parties on a partnership level throughout transaction process
• Ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects while maintaining organized files
• Organize, track and report on various performance metrics
• Assist colleagues and participate in team responsibilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics is strongly desired.  Experience in real estate finance/analysis or investment banking is a plus.
• Candidates must demonstrate an understanding of finance and real estate concepts.
• Applicants needs to be a highly motivated, self-starter who is dependable, detail-oriented and capable of working productively independently as well as part of a team.

• Travel will be required.  
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
