VP, Real Estate SaaS Sales – Central, NJ
Our client is an established, privately held software company providing real estate leasing solutions to tenants nationally for over 15 years. Their software has explosive growth potential and has helped corporations manage and control their real estate leases by tracking real estate expenses, managing legal terms, centralizing documents, providing key reports and more. They serve companies with only a few leases all the way up to a few thousand.
They are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to play a big role in their growing firm. The Vice President will be responsible for selling their SaaS product, as well as working closely with the development and client services team to design, build, and deliver a cutting edge solution to manage commercial real estate leases.
Leading their team means having a lot of responsibility, and a lot of influence over the success of the company. Candidates must be passionate and willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved in all facets of a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the continued growth of real estate SaaS, including:
- Elevate the sales of real estate SaaS
- Generate leads and perform product demonstrations
- Develop and implement marketing and product strategy
- Manage marketing channels including trade associations, online, social media, strategic partners, etc.
- Define and execute corporate and departmental goals/initiatives
- Establish an operational vision and applicable processes for continued growth
- Manage the software development and client services teams
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in SaaS sales and services
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Extensive knowledge of SaaS sales and marketing
- Proven experience in software implementation, support and training
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO and online lead generation
- Knowledge of web based software design, architecture and security
- Experience managing/directing technical resources in software development and delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to craft and deliver messages and presentations to prospects, clients, ownership and employees
- Ability to function at a broad-based, strategic level while being capable of driving detailed, tactical execution. A high sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering results is essential
- Real estate or accounting industry experience preferred, but not required
